Dave Engle of Barrington will exhibit landscape drawings and paintings that are inspired from his backpacking explorations. Chicagoan Ed Hinkley’s landscape works represent what remains of the land at the end of an age of human occupation.

Recent Works: A Juried Competition
This 28th annual competition includes all fine art media and is open to all artists who reside or work in Lake County. Approximately $2,000 will be presented in cash prizes and purchase awards for the college’s art collection.
Show dates: October 3rd - November 2nd, 2008
Deadlines:
- Forms and Fees Due: 3 pm, Friday, September 12, 2008
- Works Due: 1-8 pm, Tuesday or Wednesday September 16 or 17 LRC Receiving
- Declined Work Pick Up: 1-8 pm, Wednesday September 24 LRC Receiving
- Opening Reception: 7-9 pm, Friday, October 3, 2008
- Exhibited Work Pick Up: 1-8 pm, Monday, November 3 in the Gallery
